Requesting a Second Chance on your Zuma Account

This is an instructional guide on requesting a second chance account on your Zuma account. This guide will walk you through the process of obtaining a second chance account, which is exclusively available for Zuma accounts. Please note that second chance accounts are not applicable to the Challenge model.

Things You Should Know

  • Ensure that you have a Zuma account. Second chance accounts are exclusively available to Zuma accounts.

  • Note that requesting a second chance account means that you are forfeiting your first chance account and it would be invalid.

  • Second chance accounts are not applicable to the Challenge model.

Step 1: Login

  • Log in to your Zuma account using your registered credentials.

  • Ensure your username and password are correct.

Once you've signed in, you'll be directed to your dashboard as seen below.

Step 2: Select Account

  • Click the "My Accounts" button at the top left of the page, this will reveal a dropdown containing a list of your accounts.

  • Select the account with which you want to request a second chance account.

Step 3: Select "2nd Chance and Request"

Once the account is selected:

  1. Click the "2nd Chance" Button at the right side of the screen to reveal a request button.

  2. Finally, Click the "Request 2nd Chance Account" button to request.

Step 4: Look below for a "Request sent notification."

  • Once you click the "Request 2nd Chance Account" Button, you'll get a pop-up notification saying, "Your request has been sent."

  • You can check your mail to confirm this.

Step 5: Confirmation.

  • After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging the receipt of your request. This message will also provide an estimated timeline for processing.
